Shipping policy

All bisouNYC apparel is made to order. Production and shipping times vary by item — please refer to the “Shipping” details on each product page for the estimated timeline (typically 5–8 weeks). Once your order ships, we’ll email tracking information to the address on your order.

Orders Shipped Outside of India

Shipping & handling fees apply as shown at checkout (flat $39.99 within the United States; $59.99 for other international destinations).

Please note: bisouNYC apparel is made and ships from India. Regardless of your delivery location, your order is subject to customs duties, import taxes, and/or tariffs. These fees are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the price or shipping fee shown at checkout. The shipping carrier (such as DHL) will contact you directly to collect these charges before delivery.

Orders Shipped Within India

A flat shipping fee of $10 applies. No import duties or customs fees apply to domestic Indian orders.
