Refund policy

Cancellations

Orders enter production immediately so we can meet your timeline — often for an important occasion like a wedding. For this reason, cancellations are accepted only within 24 hours of placing your order.

  • Within 24 hours: email info@bisounyc.com with your order number for a full refund.
  • After 24 hours: your order is in production and can no longer be cancelled or refunded.

Returns & Exchanges

Because every bisouNYC piece is made to order — and often to your individual measurements — all sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

We stand behind our craftsmanship. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or not as described, please email us at info@bisounyc.com within 3 days of delivery with your order number and photos, and we’ll work with you to make it right.

Please note:

  • Color may vary slightly from the images on our website due to studio lighting and differences in screens and devices. For orders with color customizations, slight variation in the final result is expected, as ours is a handmade process.
  • Because each garment is made specifically for you — to your measurements and customizations — we are unable to accept returns or exchanges based on fit preference or change of mind.
